Adam Shankman is a hands-on guy with a passion for dance, so it's not surprising that he was deep in the mix for the Academy Award dancer auditions. The producer's first big gig was as a dancer on the Oscar telecast 20 years ago, which is why choreographing the Academy Awards (along with all his other duties) was so important to him. Today's auditions were for union and non-union professionals who were proficient in Contemporary style. And, under black clouds and torrential rains, guys and girls showed up ready to have their butts whipped. Lots of familiar faces too, if you're a So You Think You Can Dance fan. Dune 2000: Harkonnen Introduction
Full-Motion cutscene from Westwood Studio's Dune 2000. The evil House Harkonnen hails from the volcanic waste-planet of Geidi Prime. On Geidi Prime the Baron rules supreme. Slaves toil and die in legion, under black clouds and burning rain. The only thing human about the Harkonnen, is their genetic makeup, as all humanity was abandoned long ago in favor of brutality and maliciousness. The Baron lives only to see the Duke's signet ring on his own hand, and if successful, the Golden Lion Throne beneath his hideous form. The Baron's Twisted Mentat, Hayt De Vries was born from the flesh of a dead man in the Tlielaxu Flesh Vats. And with tailored traits of cruelty and insanity built into his wispy body, his Mentat capabilities are increased tenfold (if not made a little more reckless). It is not the choices made by Hayt that will win the desert planet for the Baron, though. It is the ferocity of the Commander alone that can bring such things to pass.

My camera died while I was importing the video for this, and the actual video got corrupted.....damn camera!! I had to do a couple more takes and wasn't as happy with my playing as the one in this clip, so the video it a different take than the audio which is why some parts looks off. I think I was a bit pissed in this take of the video because my vibrato was a lot more intense than the original audio take haha.

Stories for Film s the fourth studio album from British electronic music act Unkle, inspired by feature films created since Unkle's previous 2007 album War Stories, released on July 7, 2008.[1] The album follows a title and a mixed soundscape, after Unkle's 2005 mix album Edit Music for a Film: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack Reconstruction, but unlike that, composed entirely of original material. It features collaborators: Josh Homme (of Queens of the Stone Age), Black Mountain, Gavin Clark, Joel Cadbury (of South), James Petralli (of White Denim), War Stories producer Chris Goss, Dave Bateman, and James Griffith of Lake Trout/Unkle's touring band. In the credits to the album James Lavelle stated: " This is not the new Unkle album. It is a collection of pieces of music recorded in the two years since we completed War Stories.
